Acceptance of the rules of Wake Park, acceptance of risk & liability waiver
I am aware of my obligations to myself and others to act safely and responsibly and to follow the rules of the Wake Park operated by Floaty s.r.o.
I agree that Floaty s.r.o. is released from all liability for injuries or damages caused by me or others. Water skiing and wakeboarding, docks, obstacles, and other equipment provided by Floaty s.r.o. constitute a strenuous sport with safety risks including injury and, in rare cases, death.
The operator allows me to use the cable tow at the Wake Park on the condition that I accept this risk and all responsibility for the consequences, and that I will not seek compensation from the operator for injury, death, harm to health or property, or other losses that occurred as a result of my presence at the Wake Park, which I confirm with my signature.
I expressly declare that I have voluntarily read and understood this warning, I am familiar with the rules and operating regulations, and I accept the risks associated with participation at the Wake Park.
